Returns & Exchanges

At Mira Boutique, we strive to ensure every order meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • A tracking number must be provided upon dispatch of the return.

  • All returns must be registered with our customer service before being sent.

Once the return is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for processing.
Please note: original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, we sincerely apologise.

Please contact our customer support team immediately and provide the following:

  • Your order number

  • The name of the affected item

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographic evidence of the fault or damage

If the parcel itself was damaged in transit, please include a photo of the packaging before opening.

Important: All claims for faulty or damaged items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
We are unable to offer refunds, credits, or replacements without verified documentation from our support team.


Incorrect Item Received

In the event that you have received the wrong item, please notify our customer service team promptly.

Kindly include:

  • Your order number

  • The name of the item you should have received

  • The name of the item you received in error

  • A photo of the incorrect item

We will arrange the return and promptly dispatch the correct item at no additional cost.


Exchanges

Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size, colour, or item, we recommend:

  1. Returning the original item for a refund

  2. Placing a new order for the preferred item


Returns for Non-Faulty Items

If the item was ordered incorrectly, does not fit, or you no longer wish to keep it, returns are still accepted under the following conditions:

  • The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer

  • A valid tracking number must be provided as proof of return

Order Cancellations

Please note that all orders are processed automatically and prepared for dispatch as quickly as possible.
As a result, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed.

Should you no longer wish to keep the item(s), you are welcome to return them once they have been delivered, following the return process outlined above.

 

ALL RETURNS WILL BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
